Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped out of Gothenburg, Sweden every Tuesday and Friday using Postnord & Fedex. We are offering NON-TRACEABLE (Varubrev), TRACEABLE (Recommended) and FEDEX shipping, the first being cheaper.

FEDEX:

Is the fastest and most secure. All shipments through Fedex are guaranteed - if it get's lost we'll reship for free. Delivery time vary but generally pretty fast.

TRACEABLE:

Is sent as Postnord Recommended, and we strongly encourage this option. This option is traceable all the way to your mailbox, and we DO guarantee delivery - if your order gets lost we will refund or reship. We are live monitoring all traceable packages. Depending on how far from Sweden you live, expect between 5-25 days delivery time.

NON-TRACEABLE: 

This option is cheap - but it is 100% at your own risk. You will get a tracking number that only proves your order has been handed to Postnord, but once the shipment leaves Sweden it will not be traceable. We are not accepting refunds or reshipments on orders shipped using this option, and delivery times vary from average (COVID-19 adjusted, based on customer feedback as we do not have facts): 2-5 days (Sweden), 10-20 days (Mainland EU), 25-40 days (Southern Europe), a hell lot of days (rest of world).
